Celtic Dog Parade

The Celtic Dog Parade will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 15 2012.  Dog owners are also very welcome to be part of the Noon Massed Band Parade in the main arena.

Dog Parade location to be determined…check back soon!

Some show breeders may have booths set up with their breed’s rescue information and also information and history of their particular breed.

The Celtic Dog Breeds include the following:
Scottish Terriers, Skye Terriers, Cairn Terriers, West Highland White Terriers, Gordon Setters, Golden Retrievers, Scottish Deerhounds, Dandie Dinmount Terriers, Sealyham Terriers,  Rough Collies (Lassie), Smooth Collies, Border Collies, Bearded Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties), Irish Wolfhounds, Irish Setters, Irish Red & White Setters, Kerry Beagle, Irish Water Spaniel, Wheaten Terriers, Kerry Blue, Irish Terrier, Glen of Imaal Terrier, Welsh Springer Spaniel, Welsh Sheepdog, Cardigan Welsh Corgie, Welsh Terrier, Galician Barn Dog, Galician Pointer, Galician Hound, Galician Quisquelo, Brittany Spaniel, Brittany Fawn Griffon and the Fawn Brittany Basset…

If we have missed one you believe fits in here, let us know and we can add them !

We want to encourage everyone that owns one of the above breeds to come join us and show off your best friend. There is no entry fee and the dogs do not have to be “show dogs”, family pets are welcome!

SPACE IS LIMITED

We will like a short biography of the dog and a brief breed history if possible. All dogs must be on lead at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

This will continue as a part of the Scottish Festival and we are looking to having an informal fun match perhaps next year.

For more information, please call me at 918-606-6382 or 918-758-0011.

Thanks for your help getting the word out!
