River Parks Authority is partnering with Tulsa Scottish Games and Gathering, Inc. to bring you the 33rd Annual Oklahoma Scottish Festival (SCOTFEST). Following the success of our Corporate Ceilidh last year, like Oktoberfest’s popular Gemuetlichkeit (Corporate Night), this year SCOTFEST is bringing back it’s own corporate night, named The Ceilidh (pronounced kay-lay).
The Ceilidh takes place Friday, September 14th, the opening night of this three-day festival. Each reserved corporate table ($250) includes admission for up to twenty (20) of your employees and guests for a preview of Scottish Festival foods, refreshing beverages, and live entertainment. Throughout the evening you’ll enjoy demonstrations of the pipes & drums, athletics and highland dance. Reservations also include $100 of festival money for food, drink or official SCOTFEST merchandise.
During the Ceilidh, attendees will witness the Festival’s traditional opening fire ceremony of the Scottish Clans. All of this adds up to an evening of fun and social networking for your corporate friends and associates.
Proceeds from the Oklahoma Scottish Festival help River Parks Authority produce future events at the River Parks. Your purchase of a Ceilidh corporate table is through the River Parks Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The tax-deductible portion of your $250 reservation will be $150.
